2024 Women’s World Circuit Racing Championship Calendar

Jerez will play host to the finale of the inaugural 2024 FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship, with an adjustment to the initially stated dates. The Prometeon Spanish Round is now scheduled to unfold on 18th-20th October at the famed Circuito de Jerez – Angel Nieto! Release: FIM.

Responding to the dynamic demands of the local events calendar and the request of the township of Jerez de la Frontera, the FIM and Dorna WorldSBK have agreed to delay this year’s curtain closing event by one week.

In a bold step towards inclusivity and diversity in motorsport, the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR) debuts in 2024, reflecting a broader vision and commitment to fostering the growth of women in circuit racing.

The WorldWCR is a groundbreaking initiative designed to maximise the opportunities and potential of young female riders, providing them with a global platform to showcase their skills, as emerging international talent will have the chance to compete under the same conditions as the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship, with six rounds running alongside WorldSBK events.

2023 MotoE Provisional Calendar Announced

MotoE becomes the FIM Enel MotoE World Championship from 2023 as the series expands to an eight-round, 16-race competition and officially gains World Championship status. The season marks the start of an exciting new era, and welcomes the Championship’s new sole manufacturer: Ducati.

2023 will also see a new track debut on the calendar as MotoE takes on Silverstone for the first time. One of the most spectacular, high-speed circuits in the world, the British venue will be a new challenge for the electric field.

After two pre-season tests, one at Jerez and the other in Barcelona, the season begins at the French Grand Prix at the iconic Le Mans before Round 2 sees MotoE return to the spectacular Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello. Next up it’s the Sachsenring and a return to Germany, before the TT Circuit Assen ahead of the summer break.

Silverstone kicks off the second half of the season, ahead of another visit to the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg. The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya then stages the penultimate round as the venue changes its slot on the calendar, before Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli rounds out the season in style on the Riviera di Rimini.

2022 Australian Dirt Track and Track Championships Announced

Motorcycling Australia say they are pleased to release the 2022 National Championships Calendar of events across the disciplines of both Track and Dirt Track for Senior and Junior Championships, as well as Classic and Post Classic.

Australian Senior Dirt Track Championship – hosted by North Brisbane Junior Motorcycle Club at Mick Doohan Raceway, QLD on April 30th – 1st of May.
Australian Junior Dirt Track Championship – hosted by North Brisbane Junior Motorcycle Club at Mick Doohan Raceway taking place in QLD on 2nd – 3rd of July.
Australian Junior Track Championship – hosted by Tamworth Motorcycle club will be held in Tamworth, NSW on the 20th – 21st of August.
Australian Senior Track Championship – set for in Gunnedah, NSW Hosted by Gunnedah Motorcycle Club on the 24th – 25th of September.
Australian Classic and Post Classic Dirt Track Championship – hosted by Temora Motorcycle Club will roll into Temora, NSW on 2nd – 3rd of October.

Provisional 2022 FIM Enel MotoE World Cup calendar

The FIM Enel MotoE Cup will return to the Circuito de Jerez-Angel Nieto, Le Mans, the TT Circuit Assen, the Red Bull Ring and Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli next season, as well as visit two new tracks: the classic Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello and the KymiRing in Finland.

MotoE will return in 2022 with two new track on the calendar! You can see all the rounds below…
